Vale Blinds close for the Christmas and New Year break on Monday 23rd December until Thursday 2nd January.
Any orders placed during this time will be manufactured and dispatched when we reopen.

(The below are the approximate lead times. All lead times are subject to change and delays may be incurred due to high demand and Courier delays. Some products come through customs which may also result in some delays)
Delivery is FREE* of charge if order value is over £149.00 UK Mainland and Northern Ireland (£8.95 for orders under £149.00)
*Except for Luxaflex orders, where delivery is £29.99 and Genuine Velux orders, where delivery is currently free. Please note that Luxaflex orders cannot be delivered to the Channel Islands.
*Genuine Duette Blinds and Vale Premium Flat Roof Blinds cannot be delivery to the following areas Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White and the Shetland Islands (delivery can only be made within the UK mainland)
For all deliveries to the following postcodes, delivery will be £24.50 per order. GY, JE, IM, KW15, KW16, KW17, PO30-PO41, ZE
We do not offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland

The Luxaflex® lead times below are working days from when Luxaflex place the order on their system to dispatch from the factory of manufacture. Please note these are supplied are estimated kead times only and may vary.
Order cancellation/amendments: To minimise production lead times, production of your order may start immediately the order is entered on the system. Please therefore double check all details are correct prior to placing your order as an amendment/cancellation charge may otherwise be applied.
Please be aware that Luxaflex® do not give prior notification of dispatch, tracking details or delivery dates. For further information please drop us an email.
All Luxaflex orders are subject to a £29.99 delivery charge. Unfortunately Luxaflex do not deliver to the Channel Islands

Next Working Day delivery's are usually made by courier, If an order is placed by 11.00am (Vale Loft Blinds) delivery should be made the next working day, should no one be available the Courier will leave a card stating the time they tried to deliver, a parcel/tracking number, you will then be able to track your parcel status on the relevant courier website.
On orders that contain items with different lead times, delivery will usually be the longest lead time. Unfortunately we do not split orders for delivery. If you require items to be delivered at different times (i.e. Next day products and other products) separate orders must be placed.
You can, if you wish, have the blinds delivered to a work address, please give these details at the time of the order. A full correct postcode is essential.
Orders placed on a Friday after 3.30pm will be delivered approximately 7-10 Days from the following Monday Deliveries are not made on a Saturday Sunday or Bank/Public Holidays. Please take that into account when placing your order.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
If, for any reason, you decide that you wish to return the Velux® blinds or change any information on your order please contact us as soon as possible.
All blinds will be delivered by a courier, should no one be available the courier will leave a card stating the time they tried to deliver and a parcel/tracking number, you will them be able to track your parcel status online on the relevant couriers website.
If you would like us to track your order, please leave at least 7 working days from the day the order was placed then email us and we will look into it for you. sales@valeblinds.com

If you have received a product that we have supplied and we have made an error, then Vale Blinds Direct Ltd will arrange carriage, unfortunately if it is a client error, Vale Blinds Direct Ltd will not be liable for transportation cost.
