The VALE range of Blackout blinds create near total blackout for sleep inducing darkness, reduces heat loss and protects furniture from harmful solar damage.

Extremely easy to fit with only 4 screws and a screwdriver. Perfect fit with no adjustments required.

AVAILABLE WITH MANUAL OR SOLAR OPERATION.

Manual Operation - a spring tension system operated by tilting the bottom bar on the blind. Simply pull the blind down through the side channels, release the bottom bar to lock in place.

New Solar 2.0 Operation - the solar battery, integrated into the blind, is designed to charge during daylight allowing you to operate the blind by the remote control

VALE Skylight Blind Operation

As standard the VALE Skylight blinds will come with manual operation. Simply tip the bottom bar on the fabric to release the brake. This will then allow you to position the blind anywhere on the window.

Your blind can be operated by hand or by a rod control if out of reach.

Alternatively if your window is out of reach you can select the Solar 2.0 motorised option.

Integrated into the back of the bottom bar of the blind is a solar battery pack that trickle charges from day light. This allows you to operate your blind by a remote control.

Please be aware that due to the depth of the solar battery pack, when the blind is in the fully open position, some of the fabric will still be on display.

The dimension from the top edge of the headrail to the bottom edge of the rubber seal on the fabric is approximately 12.5cm

Vale Skylight Side Rail Colour

Our Range of Roof/Skylight blinds come complete with an aluminium fascia and side channels as standard on both the manual and Solar operated blinds.

Fascia = 63mm deep

Side rails = 30mm wide

Blinds are available with a white fascia and side channels, adding the perfect finishing touch to your Roof/Skylight blind. Suitable for white polyurethane or painted roof windows.

The Solar blind operated by a 5 channel remote control capable of operating multiple blinds per channel.

If ordering 1 solar powered blind please select YES for the remote control. However if you are ordering more than 1 blind you will only need 1 remote control so select NO for additional blinds.
