Luxaflex® Facette® Shade - Important Information
Yarn accumulations (slubs) can occur at irregular intervals and represent an authenticity feature of fabrics and can, despite all precautions, not be completely avoided during the fabric manufacture process.
Facette® fabrics are highly engineered textiles, but like any fabric, there will always be some visible variations, which are normal and not product defects. Slight fraying, puckers or other variations may appear and are inherent to this product.
Because of the unique and technical structure of the fabric, the open and the closed sections are of exact equal height. In normal operation, a light gap of around 1mm between segments can remain when the fabric is in the closed position.
Depending on the height of the product, the bottom bar can be visible through the lowest open section of the shade.
When moving the shade from the closed position to the open position, the bottom bar drops an extra 15mm. For a recess fit blind an allowance of 20mm will be made on the drop to allow for this.
A small horizontal offset between the front and back layers may occur. This is not deemed as a fault.
It is possible that threads are visible on the edges of the fabric. Do not pull the threads as this will cause irreversible damage. These can be removed with scissors.
A moire pattern can occur when two transparent sections are overlaid.
