Delivery is FREE of charge if order value is over £75.00 UK Mainland and Northern Ireland, (£7.80 for orders under £75.00)

For all deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and the following postcodes, delivery will be £24.50 per order. GY, JE, IM, KW15, KW16, KW17, PO30-PO41, ZE

  **NEXT DAY delivery means Next Working Day (Monday to Friday deliveries only) Please note that the last orders for ‘Next Day’ delivery need to be with us no later than 10:30am for NEXT DAY Roof/Skylight/Loft Blinds and 9:30AM for NEXT DAY Wooden Venetian Blinds . If orders received after these times or on a Friday they will then be dispatched the next working day.

Same Day Dispatch from our Vale range

Next Working Day delivery's are usually made by courier, If an order is placed by 11.00am (Vale Loft Blinds) delivery should be made the next working day, should no one be available the Courier will leave a card stating the time they tried to deliver, a parcel/tracking number, you will then be able to track your parcel status on the relevant courier website.

On orders that contain items with different lead times, delivery will usually be the longest lead time. Unfortunately we do not split orders for delivery. If you require items to be delivered at different times (i.e. Next day products and other products) separate orders must be placed.

 

All other Genuine Velux® Blinds 7-10 Working Day Delivery

For orders under £75.00 a £7.80 charge will be made and for orders over £75.00 delivery will be made free to most UK postcode addresses via TNT and will take 7-10 working days.

You can, if you wish, have the blinds delivered to a work address, please give these details at the time of the order. A full correct postcode is essential.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3.30pm will be delivered approximately 7-10 Days from the following Monday Deliveries are not made on a Saturday Sunday or Bank/Public Holidays. Please take that into account when placing your order.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

If, for any reason, you decide that you wish to return the Velux® blinds or change any information on your order please contact us as soon as possible, please note that we will raise a charge of £14.95 to cover our costs in arranging collection. This charge will apply in all instances unless the blinds that you receive are different to those ordered or are damaged/faulty upon receipt.

All blinds will be delivered by a courier, should no one be available the courier will leave a card stating the time they tried to deliver and a parcel/tracking number, you will them be able to track your parcel status online on the relevant couriers website.

If you would like us to track your order, please leave at least 7 working days from the day the order was placed then email us and we will look into it for you. sales@valeblinds.com

If you have received a product that we have supplied and we have made an error then Vale Blinds Direct Ltd will arrange carriage, unfortunately if it is a client error Vale Blinds Direct Ltd will not be liable for transportation cost.
